After it’s successful theatrical release in US, where The Los Angeles Times called it “Compelling” and New York Critics called it “Universal wake-up call”, ‘Peepal Tree’ is now releasing in Indian cinemas on 23rd September 2022! In one of the scenes, his lead character vehemently and vulnerably declares, “I will leave this city if they kill that Peepal Tree!”

His last film ‘CRD’ was a critical & theatrical acclaim in US and India fetching 100% ratings on RottenTomatoes and reaching 50 days in cinemas. His other film ‘Gandhi of The Month’ stars the legendary Harvey Keitel (Reservoir Dogs, The Piano, Taxi Driver, Mean Streets).

Kranti’s children’s film ‘Mahek’ won awards around the world and ‘Chaitra’ won five National Film Awards becoming India’s official entry to the Student Oscars. He studied at UCLA, FTII & Ferguson College. He has planted more than 8000 trees and has helped rehabilitate 600 destitute children.
